This was a day where he had off, but he kept a device on him which would keep him in the loop with Torchwood. He decided to go to the cafe and have a drink. He went to Speedy Cafe.

He ordered his drink and them he sat down in a unoccupied table. Then he took out his book and started to read it. This was a good time to relax well what ever time he had before the device went off. He was of course aware of his surrounding while he enjoyed his food and his book.
