Disasters, natural and unnatural alike, have been plaguing the three Realms. The balance of order and chaos is threatened as some push themselves to the very limits to retain their power and agency while others grow richer as the Blood's society begins to fall apart amidst rising political tensions, civil wars and coups. An ancient power has woken and pulls at its shackles, something so mighty that it could serve as a catalyst to unify the three Realms - something so sinister, that there are few limits to the extent of its full power.
