Oh honey... I do hope you didn't actually tell her this? Ex's of best friends are always tricky territory. Especially ex-husbands! Geez, what were those two thinking, marrying so stupidly young? Anyways, my bike's at home, so I'm being dropped off in the ambulance. Am currently trying to convince my shift-partner to turn on the siren to get there quicker, but he isn't having a bar of it. So I'll be a bit later than expected.

I didn't tell her that we kissed, no. it wasn't even me who told her we went drinking. I wasn't planning on doing it at all. It was Rory who told her. That's fine...you may or may not find a tear-stained Clara on your doorstep when you get here. I don't like being emotional though, so...this kind of sucks.

Hey, we've all been there. Goodness knows I've had more than my fair share of sounding like a depressed love story. But those are tales for another day. Ugh, we're caught up in traffic. There's been an accident or something. Will be late. Now we definitely can't use the sirens to get out quicker, unless we want to be dragged into work.

We're moving slower than an elephant with a hangover. So pretty slow. I estimate another 25 mins if we're lucky. Of course you are - your best friend just broke up with you over some hopeless dork. You've had your heart ripped out and stomped on; 'course you're gonna feel vulnerable. Nothing Aunt Sveta can't fix though. If only she could get out of this dumb traffic!
